According to the map, Chiswick is the new Notting Hill, Peckham is the new Shoreditch and Balham is the new Clapham, while Soho residents may indeed be worried their neighbourhood is "becoming too commercial."
The methodology is described on the map as the top result that makes sense – although we assume the borough of "Merton" has somehow been confused with a well known but anonymous YouTube musician.
