Twitter has established itself as the place to go to follow the 140 character musings of friends, influencers and anyone else you care to follow.
But with video becoming more prominent online, some start-ups are seeing an opportunity to take the basic Twitter concept and enhance it with live video streaming.
The BBC's Richard Taylor caught up with one recently at a tech expo in San Francisco.
