Justin Bieber has had an enormous amount of attention, pressure and money in his short life, and it's starting to show.
Split from his on-off lover Selena Gomez - seemingly for good - the Beauty and the Beat star is lost in a world of Twitter poses, crazed admirers and endless touring.
And he looked slightly all over the place when he arrived at his London hotel in the early hours after performing an hour away in Birmingham.

The singer, who started the celebration of his 19th birthday that evening, was ushered into his hotel (in the very cold UK) without a shirt and with his trousers slung low, hip hop style.
They were slung so low, in fact, that they were almost falling down.
And the birthday boy looked a bit manic.
'Gonna chill and get ready for this show. last show as an 18 year old,' Justin tweeted before the concert.

Later, after at least getting dressed, Justin headed to BLC nightclub in the city where his minders seemed to prop him up as he was ushered into the late night establishment.
He later e headed to a Lebanese shisha restaurant where he stayed until 6am.
He'd better get some sleep.
On Friday night Bieber plans to celebrate his birthday with a circus-themed party.
The Baby singer has arranged a big bash in London this evening which features clowns and a ringmaster.

Justin and 20 friends have a 10,000 budget for the night and had been scoping out the perfect venue over the past few weeks.
A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper:'"Justin wants to celebrate in style and he loves clubbing in London. It's no accident that there's a break in his UK tour which coincides with his birthday.
'He's been looking for the perfect venue and finally settled on Cirque Du Soir as he loves the kitsch theme. The venue is all ready for him, with clowns, goblins, aerial acts and some fire-eaters.'
Last year, Justin celebrated his 18th birthday by being given a 65,000 Fisker Karma car by his manager Scooter Braun.

Bieber started the celebrations a day early when he was seen arriving at his hotel in the early hours of Wednesday morning accompanied by girlfriend Ella-Paige Roberts Clark and two other girls.

The singer was seen crouching down as he left The Langham Hotel and tried to hide his face under his bright yellow cap.

While it seemed that Justin was trying to avoid attention, his outfit suggested otherwise.
The Boyfriend singer was wearing a pair of garish purple leopard print trousers, a baggy jumper along with his bright headwear.

His night out came ahead of his gig in Birmingham on Wednesday night, where he was spotted having some shoe trouble on stage.
Justin's party antics on Tuesday night may well have raised eyebrows and the singer arrived back at his hotel this morning.
