Two losses in four days to West Bromwich Albion and Zenit St Petersburg have undermined talk of progress at Liverpool – though Daniel Sturridge, missing for both, will be back on Sunday – and Swansea arrive on Merseyside above Rodgers' team and preparing for next week's trip to Wembley.
