It was uncomfortable for Brendan Rodgers when Swansea visited Anfield in October and dismantled Liverpool's defence of the League Cup while supporters chanted "We don't need you anymore" at their former manager. It will be a lot worse should Michael Laudrup's team repeat the feat in the Premier League. Two losses in four days to West Bromwich Albion and Zenit St Petersburg have undermined talk of progress at Liverpool though Daniel Sturridge, missing for both, will be back on Sunday and Swansea arrive on Merseyside above Rodgers' team and preparing for next week's trip to Wembley.
