The band will be reuniting for the first time in five years to celebrate their 50th anniversary.
They revealed on Twitter yesterday: '#StonesO2 special guests for tomorrow's show confirmed! @MaryJBlige & @jeffbeckmusic'
Mick Jagger, 69, Ronnie Wood, 65, Charlie Watts, 71, and Keith Richards, 68, will be playing two gigs at London's O2 Arena - one tonight and another on November 29.
The band will also be joined by former band members Bill Wyman and Mick Taylor, the first time the two ex-Stones have performed with the group in more than 20 years.
The Rolling Stones will also be performing at the Barclays Centre in New York on December 8 and Newark Prudential Centre in New Jersey on December 13 and 15.
Frontman Jagger revealed that he was excited about appearing on stage.
He tweeted: 'So looking forward to the show tomorrow & jamming with all the guests. Hope I get everybody in the right order!'
According to The Sunday People, Jagger has been struggling to keep up with the energetic routines.
A source close told the paper: 'Rehearsals have been electrifying. Mick is giving everything. He's as good as he was in his 20s except now it hits him a lot harder.
'It's taking its toll. But Mick is working out to stay fit.'
Fans complained that tickets to their concerts - priced from £95 to £950 for a VIP seat - were too expensive.
But the band will be playing a sell-out show tonight for 20,000 people.
