A man has been charged after allegedly throwing a banana on to the pitch during the north London derby between Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal.
Thomas Flint, 23, a carpenter, of Enfield, north London, will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on 12 April.
Mr Flint is charged with throwing a missile on to the playing area.
He is also charged with using threatening or abusive words or disorderly behaviour.
Mr Flint, who is understood to be an Arsenal fan, is currently on bail.
During the game at White Hart Lane - which Tottenham won 2-1 - Spurs star Gareth Bale had a banana thrown at him by Arsenal supporters.
Bale scored the opening goal of the match.
