Arsenal defender Johan Djourou is a £6million January target for Napoli.
The Switzerland centre-half is expected to have talks with Gunners boss Arsene Wenger in the next few weeks after fresh interest from the Italians.
It is believed ex-West Ham midfielder Valon Behrami, who's now at the Naples club and is an international team-mate of Djourou's, recommended his pal to them.
Djourou is on a long-term £50,000-a-week contract at Arsenal after he triggered a clause by playing a certain number of games.
But the 25-year-old has barely figured this season - his only appearance so far was in last month's Capital One Cup win over Coventry.
Napoli and Serie A rivals Juventus were also sniffing around Djourou in the summer, and his future may now depend on whether Wenger gives him assurances about first-team appearances.
